An absolutely beautiful old H. Lowe / Starrett "Last Word" dial test indicator (DTI). The indicator operates as well as any of these old Last Word indicators (which is to say, it leaves a lot to be desired compared to any modern design), and was my every day test indicator for surface plate use until I recently bought a more modern, compact indicator. I love this old beauty but it's better off going to a collector than sitting unused in my tool chest.
