This Starrett Last Word 711 Dial Indicator with. 001 Resolution & a Newport MB-2 Magnetic-Base appears to be in good cosmetic condition, although there are a few small dings, scratches, & signs of previous use. Please look at the photos. The Indicator, with a 1 inch diameter face, responds to movement of the small tip.

There is a switch on the side of the indicator that toggles the direction of the tip movement. This is the only testing that has been performed.
