Here is a Mitutoyo No. 7024 magnetic base with a Starrett No.

250 dial indicator that are in very good condition. They have been used so you will find some scratches, scuffs, and a ding or two from normal use. Mitutoyo magnetic base is in excellent condition.

You have to look pretty hard to find any imperfections anywhere on it. It "sticks" solidly to any flat steel surface. Everything slides around easily and locks down tight wherever you want it to.

The magnet lifts off easily with just a turn of the lever. 250 dial indicator moves easily without any hesitations. The clear plastic lens has many little scratches and scuffs on it. It is still easily readable.

This set up has a vertical reach of 14" and a horizontal reach of approximately 8". It fits great into those spots those larger magnetic bases just won't fit into. These tools fit nicely in the original Mitutoyo cardboard protective box. It has suffered some minor scratches and scuffs from doing its job.

It is still very solid and will continue to protect your tools for many years to come. This American made indicator and magnetic base are both ready to go back to work immediately and would make a great addition to any precision tool box.
