Listed as used, but I think it has never been used, at least in the past several years since I have owned it, came from a ale that had a lot of machine tools and some were new and never used, but I do not want to state that it is new and never used. It does need lubricating as the movement is not as smooth as it should be, otherwise it seems to function properly. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item to resolve any problems.
