V-step holds base to Arbors, shafts & chucks. Base has (3) Precision ground Magnetic Contact surfaces. Model#657W attachment allows for fine adjustments by turning the fine-adjusting thumb screw (with post locked in rigid position) to zero, then Set the indicator.

Flexible post can be adjusted to any position and locked. Magnetic base with Flexible assembly.
