Here is a Starrett metric dial indicator set in a beautiful wooden box. 25-881 with a 25 mm range, and a No.

25-181 with a 2.5 mm range. They are all in great condition and work just as designed. The plungers move easily with no hesitations and they always return to "0".

The wooden protective case is also in excellent condition. It opens and closes easily and securely holds these indicators in place. It has suffered a few scratches, dents, and a ding or two from protecting these tools. It will continue to protect them for many years to come. The last picture shows you the numbers that someone has engraved onto the sides of each of these indicators. Please don't let this detract from what is otherwise a very nice, barely used indicator set. This American made set is ready to go back to work immediately and would make a great addition to any precision toolbox.
