Here is a Starrett No. 657AA magnetic base with a Starrett No. These tools have been used so you will find a few minor scratches, nicks, and dings, but nothing that will hinder the usefulness of this set.

There are no initials or engravings anywhere on any of these tools. This magnetic base has been polished up and the paint touched up to bring it back to the nice condition it is now in.

The magnet turns "on" and "off" easily and "sticks" solidly on any smooth steel surface. The Starrett dial indicator set has also been used and in very good condition with plenty of life left in it.

The clear plastic lens is in perfect condition, I just replaced it with a new one. This 11 piece set gives you the opportunity to use use it in many different applications. The wooden protective case has done a very good job of protecting this set. It has suffered alot of scratches, scuffs, and a stains from doing its job. It opens easily, latches shut, and it holds the these tools securely. It will continue to protect your set for years to come. This base and indicator have a vertical reach of about 16 1/2" and a horizontal reach of about 8 1/2".

Also included are three snugs that holds everything together. This American made magnetic base and indicator are ready to go back to work immediately and would make a great addition to any precision toolbox. Please look at all the photographs as they can describe the condition these tools much better than I can.
