Starrett No. 657T magnetic base with No. 25-441 1 dial indicator Made in USA

Here is a Starrett No. 657T magnetic base with a Flex-O-Post and a Starrett No. 25-441 dial indicator that are in excellent condition.

These tools have been used so you will find a few minor cosmetic imperfections but nothing that will hinder their usefulness. I want to point out some of these imperfections so there are no surprises when you receive your tools. The last four photos shows you where the previous owner scribed. Once on the magnetic base, twice on the Flex-O-Post, and once on the dial indicator. Please don't let these imperfections detract from what is otherwise a very nice set of precision tools. The Starrett dial indicator is in excellent condition.

It has a range of 1.000 and a resolution of. The clear plastic lens has some scratches and scuffs on it from normal use but it is still easily readable. 657 magnet turns "on" and "off" easily and "sticks" solidly on any smooth steel surface. Everything moves around easily and sets up rigidly wherever you want it to.

Everything will work perfectly for you! These tools have a vertical reach of about 15" and a horizontal reach of approximately 9". This American made magnetic base and indicator are ready to go back to work immediately and would make a great addition to any precision toolbox. Please look at all the photographs as they can describe the condition these tools much better than I can.
